back from “sunny” Seattle WA . travel sessions

Last week I flew out to Seattle, WA.  I must have prayed hard enough because the rain stayed away for the family sessions I had set up. The first family I photographed actually drove down from Vancouver, Canada and the mommy happens to also be a photographer and I think I had her laughing at the fact that I was worried about the cold/wind at our session (I had just left 95 degree fall Arkansas weather).

A big thank you to Melissa Corcoran for providing the location. A peek of her session from the next day is already on facebook and I hope to post more about that and the trip next.

Also a quick note: My 2010 year is almost full for any additional family sessions. Actually it is full, but will be adding a few more newborn sessions for mornings.

Seeing “my location” through your lens is such a treat. You, my friend, are so inspiring and amazing. Yes, you have heard that all before, I know. But honestly, just being able to see you do what you do so well was a dream come true. Jenn, you must be over the moon for these. Simply gorgeous in every single way.

You are amazing Raye! Seeing you in action was one of the best experiences…so inspiring. I’m still pinching (“peenching”) myself. You are just as gorgeous inside and out as your images. Jenn, your family is simply beautiful!!!

OOOO! Gorgeous. Great find Melissa! Favorite is the one thru the door window. So lovely, so serene! Can not wait to see Mel’s pics, too. I think I would drive from Canada, too! I know I would!

So absolutely amazing Raye!!! I love how you incorporated the scenery into your gallery here- I feel like I was right there with you! What a beautiful family and I LOVE this sweet sibling pic!!

Totally dreamy, Raye. I bet it was a real treat to photograph in the beautiful NW with such a gorgeous family! I love the whole set!

So, so, so beautiful Raye! Your compositions are wonderful! You never disappoint!!

Beautiful, beautiful setting. I love that last shot.

Gorgeous location made perfect by an amazing photographer. Thank you so much for capturing these beautiful images of me and my family.

Gracie cut her first tooth today which explains the lack of smiles on the weekend. And I was only laughing a little bit about you and our freezing weather….. :)

Gorgeous……love your work Raye!

Sooooo beautiful, Raye.

Simply stunning. That location is so amazing with the gorgeous textures and the light was so pretty there. What a super lucky family to have you capture them on this day.
